At the 2021 Senior Living Innovation Forum, we hosted a Carnival Night sponsored by PointClickCare that featured rides, games, roving performers, and an electrifying performance by Queen Nation, the nation’s premier Queen tribute act.

However, the main attraction of the evening was our “Industry Celebrity Dunk Tank,” where some of senior housing’s most recognizable faces got soaked to raise money for the Alzheimer's non-profit HFC. A lot of trash talking ensued and many laughs were had…and the SLIF community successfully raised $25,000. That's the equivalent of 1,000 hours of respite care!

Dunk tank participants included: Lynne Katzmann, Founder and CEO of Juniper Communities; Jack York, Co-Founder of iN2L;  Steve Moran, Publisher at Senior Living Foresight; Cheryl Crooks, RVP of Market Development at PointClickCare; Charles Turner, CEO of Kare; Erin Hayes, Co-Founder of Enquire; and Michael Owens, Executive Producer of SLIF.

We were inspired by the SLIF Community’s generosity and excitement in supporting this important cause and look forward to elevating our efforts next spring in Napa! Check out highlights from the Dunk Tank below:
